All parents/guardians voluntarily send their child(ren) to the

Parents/guardians should pay attention to their own good manners at all time
while in the school. The school provides
a parent waiting room (to be announced later) for social and other
school-organized activities. Please keep
this room in good order and clean.

Parents/guardians should remind their child(ren) not to go to the areas other than the classrooms
assigned to the

Parents/guardians should remind their child(ren) not to use, move, or modify any classroom items belong

Teacher assigns one to two room parent(s) for each class period. Parents/guardians should cooperate with
teacher to fulfill their duty once assigned.
No parents/guardians should be present in the classroom except the room
parent.

Parents/guardians should remind their child(ren) to follow all the Student Rules of Chinese
School. Parents/guardians should
cooperate with teachers to address any concerns regarding their child(ren)’s behavior in the

Parents/guardians are responsible for their child(ren)’s Chinese study at home. Parents/guardians should encourage, help, and
monitor their child(ren) to
complete homework, test preparation, and other related activities. In case of confusion, parents/guardians
should proactively contact a teacher to clarify issues.
10. Parents/guardians
have the rights to raise concerns or provide suggestions for teaching, school
management, and improvement. Please send
your messages to PTA through using the “Concerns & Suggestions” box on the
school web site www.csch-nc.org or directly send your e-mail to
our PTA Public Affairs at suggestion@csch-nc.org. The
PTA will rearrange and submit the “concerns & suggestions” to school board
for improving the school operation.
Additional rules for kids soccer class.
1. Parents/guardians
should accompany their child(ren)
to the practice field and sign-in with his coach every practice day. Parents/guardians
should ready to pick up their child(ren) before 12:00 pm.
2. Parents/guardians
of players in second grade and younger must stay at the field during the
practice. Parents/guardians of older players are also encouraged to cheer the
team and help coaches.
3. Parents/guardians
should remind their child(ren)
to follow coaches commands and other school rules. Parents/guardians should cooperate
with coaches to address any concerns regarding their child(ren)’s behavior during practice.
4. Parents/guardians
need check the group emails or contact the head coach directly prior to the
practice/game if the weather is unpromising. A cancellation may be issued due
to the inclement weather or field condition.
